Our shop

Psychotron Records is an independent vinyl record shop based online and in Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield. Built on over 40 years experience and expertise on many genres our shop attracts collectors from all over the world. We stock a carefully chosen selection of vinyl across genres and eras, and we love nothing more than helping someone find a record they've been hunting for — or introducing them to something new. Buying your collection

As well as selling records, we buy them. We buy rock, punk, reggae, soul, blues and jazz but not easy listening or middle of the road. Your top of the pops hit singles, Shirley Bassey and James Last collections are destined for the charity shops and 1980s limited edition coloured vinyl were pressed in their millions and aren't worth much anymore. If you've got an old collection gathering dust, we offer honest, no-obligation valuations and pay cash on the spot. We're happy to look at anything from a handful of records to a full collection, and we travel across Birmingham, Walsall, Tamworth, and Lichfield as well as here in Sutton Coldfield.
